Returns, refund & Cancellation Policy
We want your experience with 360sports.in to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 2 days and we will promptly refund your money on receiving the item or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Below are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund.
- products must be returned completely unused and must have the plastic wrap on and should not be tampered by any means.
- Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
- Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
- Bags, Strings and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
360sports.in reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the product received is the incorrect product.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Once approved the amount will be refund same day and may take 5-6 working days to reflect in your account.
